From the time of order placement onwards, the following sales and purchase agreements are valid are accepted by the purchaser as being valid and legally binding, including all future transactions. To be legally valid, special agreements require our written confirmation.

Minimum order value / Delivery price.

The minimum order value amounts to € 15. The delivery charge inside Germany is € 5,50. Within Germany, by orders exceeding € 40, we deliver free of forwarding costs. C.O.D. parcels always require a C.O.D charge of €3,95.

Exempted from this, are massive or special pallet item deliveries of (e.g. beverages) products made to specification (e.g. matresses, bales of fabric < 20 m), as well as miscellaneous bulky goods or oversized packets.

In this case, we bill you for our logistic partners transportations costs.

Delivery

We deliver as swiftly as possible through DPD, DHL or express company, usually within a few days. Please note however, that our products are generally not mass produced and that occasionally longer delivery times are not avoidable. In such cases, an option may be, having sucessive part-deliveries. If there are transport damages, please report details to the express company itself and contact our customer.

Delivery abroad.

Delivery abroad is possible only with credit card payment or payment in advance. (advance payment after consultation). For deliveries abroad, we charge the forwarding company fee (e.g. DPD, DHL, Schenker). When paying from foreign banks, please make sure that fees and costs for the bank transfer are covered.

Please note: Sometimes, with deliveries abroad, further costs/fees/custom charges arise. In such a case, we inform you by e-mail and await your confirmation. A purchase agreement does not come into effect beforehand

Guarantee and customer service.

The guarantee adhers to the legal regulation, whereas in the case of any defect in goods, we deliver the goods of your choice once more or we repair the deficient product. Should the repaired or replaced products be deficient, you have the right to return the product and be fully refunded or you may retain the product at a reduced price. Information about the manufacturer guarantee can be read in the product documentation.

Right of withdrawal.

As a consumer, if you withdraw from purchase within the 2 week deadline in the context of § 13 BGB, you are no longer bound to your order. The deadline begins, at earliest, on your receipt of the goods and detailed, written terms of cancellation.

The cancellation does not necessarily have to include an explanation and it can also be made by e-mail or by returning the goods at our risk. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the goods on time.

Please return the package to us sufficiently postpaid - we reimburse the postal charges completely (this reffers only to orders exceeding 40 Euro also being delivered inside Germany). This is not a prerequisite for exercising your right of withdrawal, but merely a request from our side.
In case you do not wish an exchange of goods, the amount invoiced is transfered to your bank account. With payment made by direct debit, we request that you not revoke payment because this generates unnecessary charges for us.

Consequences of a cancellation:

In case of a valid cancellation, the mutual benefits (e.g. interest) received are to be reimbursed.

If you are not able to return that received benefit in whole or part, or, if only returnable in a downgraded condition, then you must render appropriate compensation to us.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if your contractual partners fullfillment of service begins with/after your deadline or, if you induce this yourself. Barred from return consignment are:

• Items that have been custom made or that have been manufactured specifically to personal requirements or, items that are by nature inappropriate for exchange or to be returned or, products that are perishable or, items of which the expiration date have passed.
  
  
• Audio or video recordings or software with which data medium has been unsealed.
  
  
• Newspapers, journals or magazines.

Terms of payment:

We deliver the ordered products within Germany only in exchange credit card payment, COD and advance payment. (advance payment with our prior consent) By payment through direct debit, your account is charged simultaneously with mailing. With COD please pay the bill to the forwarding agent (e.g. DPD). Delivery abroad is possible only in exchange for credit card payment or payment in advance. (advance payment with our prior consent.

With all order or/and with certain products we reserve the right to deliver only in exchance for advance payment (bank transfer), credit card payment, or COD. In case your direct debit is dishonoured, we charge you a €10,- surcharge for the return debit note.

Should a direct debit fail again or, should the cash transfer of the invoice amount (including the amount for the return debit note) not occur within 28 days, more costs arise through our debt collection departments processing .

Withholding paymets or deduction of non-approved counterclaims from the purchase price is not permitted. Furthermore, we charge €12,50 for the first reminder.

If the first reminder is not attended to, we further the matter to the debt collection office.

Until fully paid for, the delivered ware continues to be our property.

Prices:

All quotations are subject to change. Errors, misprints, product and price adjustments remain explicitly excepted. Our prices are brutto (incl. VAT and other price components) in Euro plus the dispatchment or delivery charges. When a new price list is released, all previous price lists loose validity.

Miscellaneous:

Due to their being of natural origin, our products are sometimes subject to minimal changes. Trademark and trade names are property of the corresponding company. All contracts made with us. including those orders from abroad or with delivery from, or to foreign countries, are subject in all cases to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Application of international laws or unified laws bear no precedence. The invalidity of single conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining policies.
