Conditions of Delivery
You may place your order at Hempro Internationals online shop: www.hanfhaus.de, or optionally by phone at 0211-6999 056-10 or by fax at 0211-6999 056-18.
In order to process your order, we need the item number, size and color as well as the amount of items desired.

According to regulations for the protection of minors, we are only able to deliver alcoholic beverages when you submit appropriate proof of age.
Minimum order value / Delivery price:
The minimum order value amounts to € 15. The delivery charge inside Germany is € 5,95. Within Germany, by online-orders exeeding € 40, we deliver free of forwarding costs. COD parcels always require a COD charge of € 3,50.
Exempted from this, are massive or special pallet item deliveries (e.g. beverages), products made to specification (e.g. matresses, bales of fabric < 20 m), as well as miscellaneous bulky goods or oversized packets.
In this case, we add our logistic partners transport fee.
Our prices are Euro gross prices (including V.A.T and other similar price components) in addition to the mailing or shipping costs.
With payments made by direct debit or credit card, the debit is made directly from your account on delivery of the ordered product or products.
We deliver items only in exchange for payment by direct debit, credit card, COD, or by payment in advance (advance payment with our consent).
With all orders and/or with certain products we reserve the right to deliver only in exchange for advance payment (bank transfer), credit dard payment or COD. If payment is dishonoured, we raise € 10.00 charge for the debit entry costs.
Delivery abroad is possible only in exchange for advance payment (pre-arranged advance payment) e.g. credit card payment. For foreign orders we charge the forwarding agents fee (e.g. DPD, DHL, Schenker). By payment from a foreign bank please make sure that costs and expenses from the transfer are covered.
Deliver costs abroad are calculated by weight, pleas refer to the table below for the list of countries we deliver to and the relatet shipping costs.

Please note: With deliveries abroad further charges/expenses/customs duty may arise. In this case, we shall inform you by e-mail and await your confirmation. This is a prerequisite for a valid purchase agreement.
Guarantee and customer service:
The guarantee accords to the legal regulation whereas in the case of any defect in goods, we deliver the goods of your choice once more or we repair the deficient product. Should the repaired or replaced products be deficient, you have the right to return the product and be fully refunded or you may retain the product at a reduced price. Information about the manufacturer guarantee can be read in the product documentation.

Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer in the context of § 13 BGB, you are no longer bound to your order if you withdraw within the 2 week deadline. The deadline begins, at earliest, on your receipt of the goods and a detailed, written terms of cancellation.
It is not necessary for the cancellation to include an explanation. An short e-mail or just by returning the goods at our risk, is sufficient. In returning the goods on time, it is only acceptable if the return postal date is within deadline.

Please return the package to us sufficiently postpaid - we reimburse the postal charges completely (this reffers only to orders exceeding 40 Euro also being delivered inside Germany). This is not a prerequisite for exercising your right of withdrawal, but merely a request from our side.
In case you do not wish an exchange of goods, the amount invoiced is transfered to your bank account. With payment made by direct debit, we request that you not revoke payment because this generates unnecessary charges for us.
Consequences of a valid cancellation are that mutually received benefits, and ensuing advantages (e.g. interest) be returned. If you are not able to return the item/s received in whole or part , or return them only with deminished quality, then compensation is due to us.
In the case of returning items, this does not apply, if the diminished quality results as a consequence of examinination the items, in the manner, that would have been appropriate in the retail shop.
By the way, you may avoid having to pay compensation by not taking ownership, not using and also by avoiding everything that demishes the value of the items.
In the case of return postage after receiving goods worth up to € 40, you must pay the expenses accordingly, if the returned goods match the goods ordered. Otherwise, the return postage is free of charge. Items that are not transportable by packet shall be collected from your location instead.
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if your contractual partners fullfillment of service begins with/after your deadline or, if you induce this yourself. Barred from return consignment are:

Items that have been custom made or that have been manufactured specifically to personal requirements or, items that are by nature inappropriate for exchanged or to returned or, products that are perishable or items of which the expiration date has passed.

Audio or video recordings or software with which data medium has been unsealed.

Newspapers, journals or magazines.
